They were married in 1952, lived in Spokane, WA for a short while, later settling in Grand Rapids, where Juanita worked in the hospital. Over the years, they raised seven children, ran Bill’s Greenhouse, and Juanita continued working at the hospital. Juanita enjoyed attending church at Blackberry Seventh Day Adventist Church, she crocheted many beautiful blankets and sweaters, maintained beautiful vegetable and flower gardens, and enjoyed riding her horse.
